Anonymous said...: The other day I started reading Genesis and as I was rereading I noticed something that had always bothered me.

Cains children and grandchildren had the same names as the eventual decedents of Seth.

Enoch, Methuselah, and so on. But they are obviously from different lines because it says who the father was.

Is it just because they had the same thing as today where everyone is named Ashley or Brittney and Chris?; February 8, 2008 at 2:52 PM
